Where Does My Supra eKey Work
When you first became an agent with our office, you joined a local association of REALTORS®. You also joined the Stellar MLS (formerly MyFlorida Regional MLS) and obtained a subscription to the Supra eKey app. That app allows you to unlock the electronic lockboxes (ELB) found on the listings found in our MLS. By default, your eKey unlocks all ELBs for listing agents that are located in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and East Polk counties. With that said, there are several other REALTOR® Boards that are participating members of StellarMLS, and your eKey may not, by default, unlock lockboxes for agents affiliated with those boards.
How to Find Out Which Lockboxes You Can Open
To determine which boards your eKey is currently authorized for, please follow the steps below to log in to your Supra account and view the list.

Identifying Which Board a Listing Belongs To
In order to determine if your eKey will open the ELB on the listing, take a look at the MLS ID number. Each MLS ID starts with a letter and that letter identifies the primary board for the listing agent. We’ve compiled a list of those MLS identification letters below for your convenience:
- A – REALTOR® Association of Sarasota & Manatee
- B – Bartow Board of REALTORS®, Inc.
- C – Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Association of REALTORS®
- D – Englewood Area Board of REALTORS®
- G – REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties
- GC – Gainesville/Alachua
- K – Lake Wales Association of REALTORS®
- L – Lakeland REALTORS®
- N – Venice Area Board of REALTORS®
- O – Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association
- OK – Okeechobee County Board of Realtors®
- OM – Ocala/Marion
- P – East Polk County Association of REALTORS®
- S – Osceola County Association of REALTORS®
- TB – Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®
- V – West Volusia Association of REALTORS®
Adding Additional Boards
If you don’t see the board you are looking for, you’ll need to complete the cooperating association form and submit the completed form to REALTOR® board that you are requesting access to. For your convenience, we’ve included the form below.
