At CENTURY 21 Edge, we issue every agent a company email address with the latest security protocols and data archiving to ensure we comply with the Florida Real Estate Commission’s audit requirements.
Check your personal email account you provided us when you joined for a welcome email that will give you a link to log into your CENTURY 21 Edge email account. Open the email and click the blue “Sign In” button as illustrated below:
Accept Google's Terms and Conditions
Your browser will open, and you’ll be taken to the terms and conditions screen on Google Cloud. Click the blue “Accept” button:
Create Your Password
Create a password, then enter it a second time to ensure it is the same. Create a strong password with upper and lower case characters, numbers, and special characters. Your password must be changed every 30 days to ensure our customer's and agents' information is secure.
Enroll in Two-Factor Authentication
Click the blue “ENROLL” button to set up two-factor authentication. This will ensure that if someone tries to access your email from an unknown device, they will be prevented from gaining access to your email account.
Enter Your Cell Phone Number
Enter your mobile/cell telephone number, select “text message,” and click next at the bottom right of the window.
Enter the One-Time Code
Check your cell phone and enter the security code into the window, then click next at the lower right of the window.
Turn on Two-Factor Authentication
Click on “TURN ON” to complete the two-factor authentication enrollment. Once you’ve done that, your email is set up!
